Position Overview

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. You will be helping customers through all aspects of their order. From getting the designs and products they want to taking payment and understanding their needs and deadlines. You will work closely with our production staff to make sure orders are produced to the customers needs.

Essential Functions

• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Primary phone coverage (first or second to answer all incoming calls)
• Filing of materials in general files area
• Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate
• Responsible for quoting customer jobs
• Account manager for customers
• Purchase supplies
• monitors and tracks inventory
• Sends proofs to customers for their approval
• Answers phones and monitors all email correspondence
• Handles customer service issues
• May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have formal training in office procedures and use of office equipment.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing; pleasant telephone manner; able to think on feet when dealing with callers; customer service oriented “can do” approach to work.
• Knowledge of computers; specifically, experience in Microsoft Office is preferable.
• Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
• Excellent problem solving and people skills also required.
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to manage one's own time.
• Some design experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
